Plug in your vehicle using either:

  • NACS (Tesla-style connector)
  • J-1772 (standard EV plug)

Start a Charging Session via:

  • For Tesla Vehicle Owners
    Charger will automatically connect with Tesla vehicle and begin charging, just like it would at a Tesla SuperCharger.
  • For non-Tesla Vehicle Owners
    Download the Tesla app from the QR code on the charger or your app store. Upload your credit card once and it will be stored for all future uses.

Payment Options

  • Tesla app (Tesla chargers)
  • Tesla drivers will be billed through their card on file.
  • Non-Tesla drivers will be charged via the card saved to their profile on the Tesla app.

Plug in your vehicle using either:

  • NACS (Tesla-style connector)
  • CCS1 (standard EV plug)

Start a Charging Session via:

  • Autel Charger Interface (Autel app or card reader):
    Download the app via on-screen instructions on the charger, or through your app store. If using the app, upload your card once for all future sessions.
    We recommend using the app for better visibility and notifications to avoid idle fees.

Payment Options

  • Autel app (processed via Stripe)
  • Credit card reader (processed via Nyax)
  • NOTE: A temporary $75 credit hold will be placed and adjusted after the session is complete.

What vehicles are compatible?

Any EV that uses NACS (Tesla), J-1772 plugs or CCS-1.

Do I need an account to charge?

For Tesla chargers, you need a Tesla account.

For Autel chargers, you can create an account with the Autel app (recommended), or you can pay for a single session through the card reader on the charger.

Who do I contact for billing issues or receipts?

What if there’s a problem while charging?

Most issues are resolved remotely. If needed, we’ll send a local licensed electrician.
