Integrative Charging is a fast growing EV charging developer, owner, and operator. We work with public and private site hosts to install level 2 and level 3 EV charging solutions.
As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced project manager to oversee the full project lifecycle for EV installations and simultaneously manage multiple projects at various stages. This is a contractor position with the potential to convert to a full time position after 6-12 months.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Familiarity with electrical distribution systems and ability to read single electrical diagrams and building plans.
• Good problem-solver with a learning mindset who can overcome unexpected challenges during project delivery.
• Interest in operations and process - as a small and growing company, we’re continuously tuning our business processes, and it would be great to have a team member who brings this thinking.
• Interest in and enthusiasm for electric vehicles.
Responsibilities:
• Work with established contractor relationships to oversee design work and get best value pricing.
• Oversee and support contractors through permitting, ensuring necessary input and approvals from site hosts and avoiding unnecessary scope changes and delays. ● Oversee contractor’s delivery of the scope of work and commissioning process.
• Provide site hosts with project updates and ensure contractors consult with site hosts as necessary.
• Collaborate as needed with the team on business development to develop winning proposals.
• Contribute as needed to site operations, working with our contractor network to complete upgrades and repairs.
