The Mission
Integrative Charging is a fast-growing EV charging developer, owner, and operator. We partner with public and private hosts to deliver turnkey Level 2 and DC Fast Charging across retail, workplace, hospitality, multifamily, and municipal portfolios.
We are looking for a Project Acquisition Lead to own the full site-development lifecycle. You aren't just sourcing leads; you are identifying high-value opportunities, navigating complex commercial negotiations, and closing the partnerships that will define our portfolio. You will be the external face of the company, bridging the gap between a property owner’s needs and our technical deployment capabilities.
The Ownership
- Pipeline Architecture: Independently source and qualify high-density site host relationships across target sectors (Real Estate, Hospitality, Municipal).
- Full Deal Lifecycle: Lead the charge from cold outreach and site feasibility through to contract execution and redline negotiations.
- Strategic Prioritization: Develop a "bias for quality" by evaluating sites based on power availability, key tenants, traffic patterns, and long-term asset viability.
- Portfolio Expansion: Move beyond "one-offs" to identify and close portfolio-level agreements that unlock multi-site deployments.
- Cross-Functional Bridge: Partner with our internal design and engineering teams to ensure deals are underwritten accurately and ready for deployment.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Closer: 5+ years in real estate, infrastructure, or renewable energy development. You have a track record of closing complex, multi-party deals.
- Commercial Grit: A strong ownership mindset. You don’t wait for a playbook; you build one. You are comfortable navigating the ambiguity of a fast-growing company.
- Strategic Judgment: You can differentiate between a "busy" site and a "profitable" site. You understand utility constraints and site fundamentals.
- Negotiation Prowess: Experience working directly with asset managers and legal teams to move through contract redlines without losing momentum.
- Relationship Network: Existing "warm" relationships with property owners, REITS, or public stakeholders are highly preferred.

Logistics & Compensation
- Availability, location, and compensation expectations within a $95-135k base with meaningful performance bonus tied to built sites.
